• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service

6. AI Model Evaluation Disclaimers

Important: AI model evaluations provided by QualRank are for informational purposes only:

• Results may vary based on prompt design, model versions, and other factors
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI model responses
• Evaluation results should not be the sole basis for critical decisions
• AI models may produce biased, incorrect, or harmful outputs
• Third-party AI providers have their own terms and limitations

7. Privacy and Data Handling

• Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy
• Evaluation content is transmitted to third-party AI providers
• We implement security measures but cannot guarantee absolute data security
• You should not submit sensitive or confidential information

8. Beta Features and Service Availability

• Some features may be in beta and subject to changes or discontinuation
• We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Scheduled maintenance may temporarily limit access
